Not only that, with the discovery of the fire crystals, he figured he should make something that would impress his older brother.
Nevermind that there was an odd smell that strangely resembled of smoke.
When Lyney opens it, he'll see a penguin that looked a lot like Pers except that it happened to have a book and a pair of glasses. There was also a note that read this:

[To be fair, they're more than a little obvious. Between their hands still being laced together and the way Heizou keeps finding all sorts of little excuses to touch him (leaning heavily into him, twirling some loose hair around a finger, tugging playfully at his little cape, so on and so forth), it's probably not hard for anyone to guess what they're up to. Funnily enough, Heizou doesn't even really mind. He's not likely to ever see this innkeeper again, and they're probably not the first people to come to this inn for this express purpose.

[Well now, look at this! Lyney hadn't been expecting any guests or deliveries, so the parcel is a mystery to him. But seeing the lantern, who's pattern and colouring seem to remind him of a certain beloved in his life, as well as the fish-shaped cat pillow makes him smile, feeling touched. He could probably deduce the origin of the package if he thought on it, but the lack of name suggests someone didn't want to make a big deal over this. No matter, perhaps he'll just have to show his thanks in another way.]

[Whenever Lyney returns home from his celebration time with Lynette, he'll find that Heizou has prepared a nice little meal for them both to enjoy. And so they've spent most of the day celebrating in exactly the way they came together in the first place; all but glued to each other in a tangle of limbs in one of their beds.
It's somewhere in between all of that, while taking a breather that consists of lazy kisses and soft touches, that Heizou speaks up.]

There is no name to say who it is from, but the note (made from letters and words cut out from newspapers) says "You likely know these already, but here is what some of the magicians from my world do." The book was also printed in a place called London, and there is at least one person Lyney knows from London.
